【Class details】Utai and Shimai
Practice vocalism and walking from the basic of Utai and Shimai. We use Noh-mask in the class which is very rare opportunity for beginners. The class will provide you the precious experience of Noh from the various aspects.
■Anyone can join!
■Please bring Tabi (Japanese socks made by cotton) and Japanese fan (fan for Japanese dance is OK. It is possible to purchase at the studio. If you would like to purchase from our studio, please call us at least 2 days in advance. It is 5,000 JPY for a Noh fan).
※Classes at 01 studio is limited to 30 people, Classes at 02 studio is limited to 15 people.

【Profile】津村禮次郎 Reijiro Tsumura
Mr. Tsumura is a professional Noh actor of the Kanze school and head of the Ryokusenkai Performance Troupe. He has also been designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Asset by the Japanese Government in 1991.
While in Hitotsubashi University, he joined the Hitotsubashi Kanze Noh Club and began his Noh training under the tutelage of Kimiko Tsumura (a pioneer of Noh performance by women), receiving his professional license as a Kanze Noh actor in 1970. He became head of the Ryokusenkai Performance Troupe in 1974. Since 1984, he has performed many countries, including France, Britain and Spain. Currently he has been devoting his energy to nurturing young generations. He is also active in contemporary theater and has collaborated with Alessio Silvestrin, Kaiji Moriyama.

■Free Pass is valid for one month and gives free access to all scheduled classes. To attend unscheduled classes including classes in 02 Studio with Free Pass, 1,000 yen extra will be charged per class.
