Giovanni di Palma
Giovanni started his career with Rome Opera, then Nice Opera Ballet. In 1997, he joined Ballet Dresden and developed his career as a soloist dancer. In 2000, Giovanni joined Leipzig Ballet. In Leipzig Ballet, he danced for Uwe Scholz creation such as Jeune home, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake etc. as a first soloist. Uwe Scholz created his last ballets for Giovanni, like a famous solo of gThe Rite of springh on the version for two pianos from Stravinsky. Since September 2005, he is dancing for the new director of the Leipzig Ballet, Paul Chalmer.
