Focusing on explore the depth of dancing but not just learning and repeating steps.
If dance classes are too tense for you, this workshop will fit you.
If you are actor but interested in dancing, you are more than welcome.

Repertoire of "Drumming" + creation workshop and showing
Rosas repertoire workshop by Fumiyo Ikeda, took place at studio Architanz in December 2012 and January 2013, was more than full.
This is an amazing opportunity to learn from Fumiyo Ikeda, one of founding members of Rosas company in Belgium.
Itfs also rare chance to meet original cast of repertoire who knows the core of the movements.
The repertoire is going to be gDrummingh by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. Also this is the first time to do creation with Rosas dancer towards to the showing in the end of workshop period.

Fumiyo was born in Osaka, Japan in 1962. She entered into Mudora by Mariuce Bejart in Brussels in 1979, Fumiyo met Anna Teresa De Keersmaeker in there and established Rosas together in 1983. Since then Fumiyo joined creation and danced almost every repertoires until 2008. She also joined many of films and video pieces by Rosas. Since 2007, Fumiyo started her own creation such as gNine Fingerh worked with Alain Platel and Benjamin Verdonck, gin piecesh with Tim Etchells an artistic director from U.K and gLife&Times Episode2h with Nature Theater of Oklahoma, the acting group in New York. Now Fumiyo is working as a rehearsal director of Rosasfs early repertoires, also dancing for the tour of gElenafs Ariah and gDrummingh, restaging gNine Fingerh with new actor Stijn Van Opstal. In October 2013, Fumiyo will present gamnessh with Un Yamada as a first collaborate piece of Japan and Belgium, in Graz Austria and Yokohama Japan.
